Sephora • Sephora Collections



Sephora Collection came to us for strategic consultancy - they suffered from a lack of cohesive brand identity which was reflected in declining social engagement. We were asked to audit and assess Sephora Collection content to date in terms of both creative and performance and how they worked together, our brief was to develop the art direction, review tone of voice, create a channel plan recommendation and develop a content strategy which was optimised for engagement and community growth. 



Acting as strategic consultants, we conducted 4 months of workshops, key stakeholder interviews, research, analysis and reporting. We then overhauled Sephora Collection’s brand strategy, repositioning them as ‘THE BEAUTY DEMOCRACY’, pushing the brand forwards to become a positive platform with a passionate voice. This was followed by a refresh of Sephora's brand visual identity, art direction and tone of voice. We delivered a complete brand bible and new social media strategy encompassing content pillars, a tiered influencer programme and outreach approach.
